National Criminal Records Check
The National Criminal Records service is considered the most comprehensive criminal record search in Canada. This is a search through the Canadian Police Information Center (CPIC) and provides national coverage for an individual (18 years of age or more) including records of criminal convictions for which a pardon has not been granted, and conditional and absolute discharges which have not been removed from the CPIC system in accordance with the Criminal Records Act. We require a specific signed and witnessed consent form for national criminal searches as well as a copy of two valid ID with photo. The results will provide a clear or not clear response in line with current RCMP directives.
Enhanced Criminal Check Option
In addition to a national criminal search, the Enhanced Criminal Record Check Option includes a search for outstanding entries, such as charges or wanted person information, non-convictions and a review of all available police contact information including but not limited to theft, weapons, sex offences, or violent or harmful and threatening behaviour.
