6. TENANT FRIENDLY CREDIT CHECKS (TENANTS CAN EVEN PAY FOR THEM)

Experienced and successful landlords know that nowadays tenant applicants take the security of their private information extremely seriously. And they should! Tenant applicants don’t want to give out their SIN and don’t want to give a landlord they barely know their private financial information.

-The Landlord will send a email request for a credit check to the applicant by typing in their name and email address.
